Drive a company delivery van on assigned Richmond-area routes, delivering approximately 150–200 packages per shift. Packages up to 75 lbs — physical role involving loading, walking, and lifting. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Safety is our top priority; all associates complete mandatory safety training before their first route.
Full-Time: 4 days/week with the ability to earn overtime. Part-Time: 3 days or fewer.
Drive a company box truck delivering freight and oversized packages. Approximately 30–60 deliveries per shift with packages up to 300 lbs — team lift protocols and equipment provided. No CDL required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. All associates complete mandatory safety and vehicle operation training before their first route.

Ride along with the Box Truck driver to assist with deliveries of heavy and oversized packages up to 300 lbs. Proper lifting techniques and equipment provided — no driving required. Valid driver's license and clean record required. Safety training completed before first shift. A great entry point into the logistics industry with a clear path to driver roles.

No — you drive one of ours. We provide company vans and box trucks. Fuel, insurance, and maintenance are all covered. Zero wear on your personal vehicle.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for all positions. Box Truck roles do not require a CDL.
Pay ranges from $18–$22/hr depending on the role. Delivery Van associates start at $21.25/hr, Box Truck drivers at $22.00/hr, and Box Truck Helpers at $18.00/hr. All associates are paid weekly via direct deposit, with overtime available during peak seasons.
This is a real W-2 job with a predictable schedule — not gig work. Full-time is 4 days/week with overtime available. Part-time is 3 days or fewer. You'll know your schedule in advance.
All routes are in the greater Richmond, VA metro area. No long hauls — you're home every night. We operate out of a local Amazon delivery station.
